Mini & Junior Pre-Team (Training to be Competitive)

Our  program goal is to create a challenging, but family-like team atmosphere, that is full of smart, well rounded athletes. We focus on building strong basics, proper technique, and strength/flexibility, while teaching our gymnasts not only how to perform skills, but also understand how their bodies move! We also highly value teaching them life skills: hard work, dedication, focus, accountability, independence, team-work, and self-confidence.
