PRICING & FEES
Fall High Performance Clinic is $200.00 per gymnast. This cost includes Clinic tuition, gift, and Lunch.

Skills Clinics are between $50.00-$60.00 per gymnast. This cost only includes 1 hour clinic tuition.

Summer Camps are $500.00-$550.00 per gymnast. This cost includes Clinic tuition, t-shirt, and Lunches.

In this instance Summer Camps/Fall Clinic must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to start.


PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Your card listed with registration will automatically be charged the fee within one-two business days. 

If you wish to pay with a check instead, please contact us immediately at skgacamp@gmail.com after registration so your card is not charged, and you can receive further instructions! Check payments will not be accepted once 10 days before camp/clinic has past (card will be charged).


Any declined payment or returned check is subject to an extra fee (see below).


REFUND POLICY
A non-refundable fee per gymnast always applies.


Prior to 30 days before Camp/Clinic: 
Fall Clinic/Summer Camp: 
Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $50.00 per camper will be granted.
​Skills Clinic: 
Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $15.00 fee per participant will be granted.

29 to 10 days before Camp/Clinic: 

Fall Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $60.00 per camper will be granted.

​Skills Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $15.00 fee per participant will be granted.

Summer Camp: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $100.00 per camper will be granted.


6-9 days To Camp/Clinic: 

Fall Clinic: Cancellations received in writing will be granted a refund of $100.00

​Skills Clinic: Upon written notice of cancellation, a refund of all payment made with exception of $25.00 fee per participant will be granted.

Summer Camp: Cancellations received in writing will be granted a refund of $150.00


Five Days or Less To Camp/Clinic

No refunds will be given (only exception is injury, below).


INJURY POLICY
9 Days to 1 Day Prior to Camp/Clinic

Injury will be granted a refund exception with a doctor’s note.

Fall Clinic:A refund of all payment made minus $60.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.

Skills Clinic: A refund of all payment made minus $15.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.

Summer Camp: A refund of all payment made minus $100.00 in administrative fees and moneys spent will be given.

Once the camp/clinic has begun, no refunds will be given.


OTHER FEES & POLICIES

Should a card be declined, a $10.00 processing fee will be added to the balance.

Should a check be returned, a $15.00 fee will be added to the balance.

Should either of these occur, the card on file will be charged the balanced owed, plus the above fees that apply.

If your card on file was declined, please submit a new card for payment.

Should a balance be owed, the child(ren) may not participate in any camp/clinic activities until full payment is reconciled.


OTHER POLICIES
No food is permitted in the training facility area.

Parents & Siblings must remain in the seating area or in the lobby during training hours.

Gymnasts may only use the equipment or be on the gym floor under the supervision of a coach or instructor.
